Our Story

I Just Had to Have It started with two sisters, a love for fashion, and one simple thought: I just have to have it!

What began in a small space in Meridian, Mississippi, started with a few wholesale pieces and a little bit of a gamble. When one of the sisters found something she absolutely had to have, their mom agreed they could place the order as long as they could sell the rest. Turns out, they could!

From those first few pieces, I Just Had to Have It grew into the boutique it is today, with three locations in Meridian, Oxford, and Starkville, Mississippi.

Today, we’re still all about that same feeling that started it all. Finding the outfit, accessory, or new favorite piece that you simply have to have. With fun, feminine styles and fresh new arrivals, we love helping our customers find pieces that make getting dressed a little more exciting.

And while Mississippi will always be home, our community has grown far beyond our storefronts. Through our online shop, we get to share I Just Had to Have It with customers across the country, packing and shipping those have to have it finds from Mississippi to doorsteps nationwide.
